Matilde Silva

As a Senior Digital Marketing Executive, Matilde’s main responsibilities at Growth HQ are prospecting, outreaching, and onboarding new partners.

Before joining Growth HQ, Matilde graduated from Bournemouth University with a bachelor’s degree in Business IT and continued working towards finishing her masters in Marketing Management during her first few months at Growth HQ. She has also worked in local boutique hotels in Bournemouth as a Sales and Events Coordinator.

Outside of work, Matilde loves hanging out with her friends, walking along Bournemouth beach, going to concerts, spending hours in Waterstones, and takes every chance to travel back to her sunny hometown in Portugal.

Her fun fact is that she was born on the same island as Cristiano Ronaldo – and while she has never met him, she has met his cousin’s boyfriend’s mother’s pet dog…”
